How do I cancel or move a booking?
Use the link in your confirmation email, or contact us at least 24 hours before.
Do I need to pay online?
Only for services marked with a deposit or online payment. Everything else is paid at the appointment.
What if I am running late?
Call us. We hold your slot for 10 minutes where we can.
