Customers booking with a business
If you booked an appointment and need to change it, use the link in your confirmation, or contact the business directly. Gobookfy provides the booking software, but the appointment is with the business, so they are the best place to start.
Billing
Questions about a charge from Gobookfy: support@gobookfy.com. Charges made by a business (deposits, no-show fees) come from that business, so please contact them first.

To ask for a copy of your data, a correction or a deletion: privacy@gobookfy.com. See our privacy policy for details.
